THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE Woollahra Colleagues Rugby Union Football Club WILL BE HELD ON Wednesday 6th December 2017 AT 7:00 PM at the Woollahra Hotel.
The business to be conducted at the annual general meeting will be:
1. To confirm the minutes of the Union’s AGM held 2 December 2015.
2. To receive the 2017 Annual Report.
3. To receive and consider the Treasurer’s Report including the financial statements for the Club and the Trust
4. To elect the following:
(a) The President
(b) The Secretary
(c) The Treasurer
(d) The Club Captain
5. To receive and consider any business duly notified to the Union at least 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
